Brian is a 2010 grad from the University of Maryland where he played lacrosse, earning All-American and Academic All-American honors. He was also selected at the University of Maryland Male Athlete of the Year in 2010. After graduation, he worked in the athletic department at Maryland for two years as the director of operations and coach for the men’s lacrosse team. He played 14 years of professional lacrosse in the MLL & PLL. Currently, Brian is a financial analyst and fully licensed staff member for Severn Financial Advisors in Annapolis, MD.
Brian has a long family connection with the University of Maryland with his grandfather, father, brother (current assistant coach for the men’s lacrosse team), sister-in-law, and wife (current assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse team) who all are Terps. Brian and his wife, Caitlyn, have two daughters, Mackenzie and Chloe, and live in Annapolis. When not working and attending lacrosse games at Maryland, he enjoys playing golf and going out on the boat in Annapolis.
Harry Geller is a multifaceted entrepreneur, currently serving as the managing member of Turtle NIL, a member of the University of Maryland Board of Trustees, and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for UM Ventures since 2009. He recently founded Grip Boost, a company specializing in innovative sporting goods products like football, baseball, and golf gloves. Previously, he founded SoDel Concepts, a thriving restaurant development company based in the Delaware seashore. Geller's entrepreneurial journey began with the successful exit of Global Mail, followed by his tenure as CEO of America’s Deutsche Post, now operating as DHL/Global Mail. His ventures have earned him recognition four times on the INC. 500 list, and he's been honored with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Geller resides between Naples, FL, and McLean, Virginia, with his wife Nicole, also an accomplished entrepreneur, raising two children.
A lifelong Terps fan, Karen received her B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 1987 and her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1992. After a thirty-year career in private and in-house legal practice,Karen now supports a variety of nonprofit entities. Karen previously served on the Terrapin Club Board of Directors, the Columbus School of Law Board of Visitors, the Historic St. Mary's City Foundation, and the Archdiocese of Washington Catholic Schools Board of Education.
With more than thirty years of experience as a Global Media Operations & Technology Executive for world-renowned media brands, Pratt-Henaghan now provides technical consulting services to a variety of clients.
She was most recently the Chief Technology Officer for WETA/PBS NewsHour, and prior to that held vice president and senior vice president roles with BBC Studios and AMC Networks, serving as brand guardian for BBC America in the U.S., where she ensured all operations of the channel were executed to BBC editorial and technical standards. In addition, she spent 7 years at Discovery Inc., as part of the new technology group, directing network operations for the launch and operations of new channels.
Pratt-Henaghan earned a Bachelor of Arts from De Sales University, a Master of Science from University of Maryland Global Campus and completed the Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.
She serves on the board of directors for the Washington/Baltimore chapter of The WICT Network, Public Media Venture Group (PMVG), and she is a member of the President’s Advisory Council for DeSales University. She was a 2022 member of CHIEF, a private network specifically designed for senior women leaders.
A member of the Terrapin Club for 30 years and member of the Victory Circle, Pratt-Henaghan served as President of the Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund during 2007-2008, as well serving as Secretary/Treasurer, during her 7+ years on the Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund Board of Directors. She continues to work as a mentor with student athletes and serves on various committees to support the on-going work of the Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund.
Pratt-Henaghan also participates in the Rise Technology Mentorship Program. She further extends her commitment to student mentoring by serving as a guest teacher throughout the Washington DC/Baltimore collegiate community. Over recent semesters, she has lectured at the University of Maryland, the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, American University, and De Sales University
Additionally, Pratt-Henaghan is a Yoga Alliance certified RYS 200 yoga instructor, certified Grief Yoga instructor, advanced meditation facilitator, and certified Grief Educator/Peer to Peer Moderator and she enjoys sharing these techniques with colleagues, students, first responders, and caregivers.
Stan Goldstein, a graduate of the University of Maryland’s undergraduate and law schools, has been an avid fan and supporter of the Maryland Terrapins for more than half a century. Stan has been a Member of the Terrapin Club Board of Directors, a past President of the Terrapin Club, a past Trustee of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, and a past President of the Friends of Maryland Basketball (F.O.M.B.). He is also a Founder of the Turtle N.I.L., LLC and a Founder of the Turtle Athletic Foundation, Inc.
From 1973 until 2023, Stan owned and operated Capitol Title where he conducted real estate settlements in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia for five decades. He is one of the most experienced settlement attorneys in the area, having a reputation within the real estate community for professional, reliable and extremely efficient closings, as well as finding solutions in the most difficult transactions. In addition, Stan conducted continuing education seminars for real estate professionals and has taught literally thousands of agents in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas.
Stan was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and moved to Mt. Rainier, Maryland with his family when he was five. He and the family moved to College Park when he was sixteen. He attended High Point High School in Beltsville, Maryland. He and his wife, Sara, live in Potomac, Maryland and have six children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, when he’s not on the sidelines cheering on the Terps, Stan enjoys traveling, sampling great food and learning about all the different wine regions of the world.
